Gers Easter Round-Up 🐣

It’s been a busy few weeks on and off the pitch for our club so here are a few highlights!

Well done to our U14 Boys player Sammy Sanches who made his debut as a referee last weekend!

We wish Sammy all the success with his refereeing endeavors 🙌

Last weekend our U11 Boys hosted St Peter's Dunboyne for Football matches in Cornelscourt.

Well done to all involved for organising the games!
Our U12 Girls were in Camogie action last weekend at Clann na Gael Fontenoy, they were wearing their new jerseys!

Many thanks to Park Developments for their sponsorship of the team, it is much appreciated 👏
The U11 Girls have also been busy in the last few weeks, with both Football and Camogie matches!

The Girls are going from strength to strength.

While, it has also been a busy few weeks for our U8 Girls who have played their first Go-Games matches in both codes!

The Girls are embarking on a very special journey together with our club!
Our Adult Hurlers have made the perfect start to their League season so far, they beat Wanderers last weekend!

The game marked PJ Foley’s final game with the team as he set to move away.
The club would like to thank PJ for his outstanding contribution to Adult Hurling in the club over the last 5 years 🙌

We wish PJ all the best for the future and we look forward to welcoming back to the club in the coming years!

Great fun was had at our Easter Camp this week, many thanks to Johnny and his coaches for their hard work!

It’s been a busy few weeks off the pitch with the #GersCrokerAbseil and the Adult Footballers’ Table Quiz. Well done to all involved in the two crucial fundraiser 👏

The club would like to wish all its members a very Happy Easter and we are looking forward to training and matches resuming next week!
